Is it possible for an adult to apply Form T?
She has just found out by DNA test that her father on her birth cert is not her biological father so her initial british passport has been revoked.She has corrected her birth cert now.

She was born in the UK and has lived here all of her life so wants to apply Form T. Can she do this at age 24?
Would she need to sit life in UK test and English language?

Yes. It is a lifelong entitlement.

Doubt it (as it is an entitlement), but not absolutely sure. She will however need to meet the good character requirements and attend a citizenship ceremony.
