British citizenship genuine mistake

Hi There
I have submitted my British citizenship online but later on I have discovered that I have made two genuine mistakes.
1st: Does your partner known by another name?
I say NO but she has her family name but not anymore on her current documents.
2. Did you apply more applications in uk or abroad?
I say NO but U have applied for 5 years residence when I arrived to UK as a family member of EU. I have mentioned when I have applied permanent residence only.
Please advice me is it an issue of these two mistakes? What shall do?
