Hi, I am on a spouse VISA and decided to give birth in Malaysia. My husband has a British Citizenship. Will he be able to pass down his British Citizenship to our baby? If so, what do we have to do?

How is your spouse British? Is your husband British/UK born or naturalised as British or born abroad and British by Descent??

Child is then British by Descent and can apply for a British passport directly. This can take between 16 weeks and 1 year from abroad.
The other issue is also that Malaysia doesn't allow dual citizenship so you will need to find out how this affects the child if they only hold a British passport and want to leave Malaysia.

Our plan was to give birth in malaysia then come back to the uk at the end of this year . The child would need to get a malaysia passport to fly . So would this affect the process of getting a UK citizenship ? I understand about Malaysia not being able to hold dual citizenship and we are fine with that.

Probably easier to have given birth in the UK (in my opinion).
The child would need to get a malaysia passport to fly .
Then you can apply for a certificate of entitlement to right of abode in the Malaysian passport. Costs around £400 and takes a few weeks.
So would this affect the process of getting a UK citizenship ?
The UK allows dual citizenship, it is Malaysia that is the issue. Your child would be British by Descent regardless.
