Applied for Naturalization but want to travel aboard leaving UK

Hello Gurus
i have applied for British Naturalization through the new system , i have got all the original documents with me. i dont know how long will the decesion gonna take.
My father health is not good and i want to go back to PAkistan for 2 months. my question is can i travel backhome while my decesion is not yet taken on my naturalization.
