Hi,

I just want to check with anyone with similar experience of absence. I'm meeting all other criteria but have a total absence of 99 days before my application goes in. This is under 100 days which on the guidance note says discretion will apply. I have a house in London and full time job, majority of the absences are from work related travels which my employer has already provided me with a letter stating that these are all work-related travels.

Should I be concerned about anything before submitting my application in 2 weeks time?

I've gone over all the guidelines and etc but still bit confused about which day is the earliest application date. Could someone please clarify below?

10 year various Visas + 12 months ILR
ILR issued on August 23rd, 2018 (same date on BRP card)

Does that mean I can apply online on the 23rd or should i wait till the 24th? Don't want to make a silly mistake!

23rd should be fine but for the sake of one day, apply on 24th. It makes no difference to the outcome and there is no requirement that it must be bang on 12 months.

I did apply bang on the same date as my BRP.
