HI
For UK born child's MN1 form,
IM GOING TO Submit
child original birth certificate
appointments letters from Hospital/GP
COPY OF (mother) BRP CARD (ILR) got ILR after child birth
MY PROOF OF ADDRESS

AS CHILD IS Just 3 months old and dont have any photo id (no id card ,passport etc) so above documents is fine ?
Also on which address i have to send filled MN1 Application form with documents ?

MN 1 is online now. Then you make an appointment at ukcvas for child's biometrics. You have to upload/scan the documents before the appointment. No originals are sent.

I got ILR this month after 6 years DL. Daughter born in UK, now 3 years. Mother states is pre action pending.
Can I use MN1 to daughter? will it reflect mother status on daughter's application?

Yes. UK born children are entitled to register once EITHER parent is granted ILR.

will it reflect mother status on daughter's application?

No. It is only relevant for the ILR BRP to be included, which I presume is you as the father. You do need to include both parent details in the application form.

BRP Card.

One of the referee should be as a health visitor/Teacher/Minister of religions
1) Can I use a priest as referee?
2) Do I need to provide Payslip and any other documents from my side please?

You need to submit what the checklist asks for including evidence of parents ilr. Letters from go etc are not required.

One of the referee should be as a health visitor/Teacher/Minister of religions

I Got ILR after child was born .just child birth certificate Have but don't have any photo I'd like passport ,id card etc as we child is just 3 months old and never apply anything before ,it's ever child first Application in uk. Thanks

Hope this will be fine as 1 referee is postmaster and running post office now and 2nd referee is buisness man and have Vat registered compnay ,BOth referee are British national.

For MN1 Application
Don't have child (3 months old) any ID card passport etc as MN1 is first ever application since birth.

My question is it ok apply without photo I'd as I have original birth certificate.

The child doesn't need a passport. Birth certificate is sufficient.

i just submit my cild MN1 Application (online) and at the end they asking to provide

parental responsibility for mother and father .

birth certificate should be enough or do i have to provide any other documents to proove parental responsibility.
as child is 3 months old so we got just birth certificate and hospital appointments letter etc

Just upload requested documents on sopra website
As my understanding 3 month old child don't need biometric ,

2nd referee is limited compnay owner vat registered.
Child is just 3 months old

Question is above referee is fine for MN1 Application ?

As child Health visitor and GP not agree to give any reference as they said they not allow to anymore to verify these kind of form.
As already submit MN1 application with above referee details .Thanks

Finally submitted daughter's MN1 application yesterday. I went to Croydon center.They did not take any documents with them. Only check my settlement and daughter Birth certificate & referee letters. They did scan important documents and ask me to do upload other documents If I want to upload. I did upload some other documents also before 10pm same day( Yesterday).They said after 10pm they will submit the application but when I login the site today still shows uploading option.
If show the upload option then they didn't submit yet? Any body can help me to clear this doubt please.
