If you are currently married to a British citizen (and meet the 3 years physical presence and absences requirements), then you can apply for naturalisation immediately after ILR.
Otheriwse, you have to wait, as advised by your solicitor.

Well I'm still married to my husband and he's a british citizen. He was born and bred in uk but my solicitor saying you have to wait 1 year before you apply so I don't understand and she goes it's fake written on government website. I don't wanna put down money 1330 for application and then get refused so I don't know what to do.

Your solicitor is 'bad quality'!!
There is no need to wait 12 months if you are married to a British citizen. 1000s of us have done this and had success.
