Citizenship referee declaration form

I have two referees for the online Citizenship application – can someone pls confirm if this is the correct procedure:
1) Hand over the 2-page referee form along with a passport photo. Form and photo are blank
2) Referee should write on back of supplied photo the following:
--- a) Applicant’s name
--- b) Applicant’s DOB
--- c) Referee’s signature
--- d) Glue photo to form (using pritt stick)
3) Referee writes applicant’s name on page one and then writes their full name, signature and date on page two
4) I take the completed form and scan both pages and then upload as part of the online Citizenship application
A little pedantic I know but want to get this right first time.
thanks

1.Attach the picture to the form first. Write ur name and date of birth yourself( in case HO want to see original at some point and for any reason ur photo gets loose they ll know who it belongs to)
2.Give form to referee to fill out rest.
3.Scan and upload to UKVCAS
P.s it’s logical to print double sided. As the front page can be replaced by some else’s name and picture..
P.ss. I used double sided tape

What about referee's signature on photo - is that required?
Doesn't say so on the online form but someone suggested it in this forum, so I'm a little confused!

Conjecture!
I’ve never heard of it or read it anywhere.
You can feel free to ask that online person to reference it for your peace of mind.
If it was something required than it would have been clearly stated on the declaration form.
Read the declaration form closely. It asks for the pictures to be already attached to the form and then filled out by the referee.
Also go through the AN guidance as well as British nationality guidance to confirm the role of the referee.
The online person may have confused it with something else that requires a referee to sign the back of the photo ie passport application referee. That’s only logical reason I can come up with to explain that misinformation.
Ps I’m also a person online

It is NOT misinformation!! It was required for the paper forms that the photos were signed at the back with the specified details and clearly stated in the AN booklet and guidance notes. This was in the event that the photos detached from the form that HO could marry them up again.
