British citizenship for child born outside UK

Hi,
Recently my family and me received our Indefinite leave to remain in UK. My question my wife and daughter who was born in 2012 joined me in the UK under family reunion scheme in 2015 for refugee .?so after we got the ILR can I register my daughter as a British citizenship or she needs to wait one year after ILR with us as well !

She can only apply for citizenship when either parent is also applying for citizenship. So yes, she has to wait.

I’ve looked up to MN1 form for citizenship and please if can look to the page 15 it saying if child for non british parent and free of immegration restriction and staying minimum 2 years can apply for citizenship. Please look to below link and advice if you can.

It does also say when either parent is British or also applying and the other parent is already settled!
