Dear All I have got my ILR on the 16th of Oct 2018 and I would like to apply for British citizenship. I decided to make my appointment with UKVCAS so I made my application and paid my fee earlier. Now im worried that the home office may reject my application since I have already made my application online(but I intend to attend my appointment with UKVCAS later on 18th of Oct). Would this mistake affect my application? What should I do?

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not your date of biometrics appointment. So you have applied more than a month before you qualify.

In this case, could I ignore my current application by not book the biometric enrollment and wait for a refund based on invalid application while apply again using a different account with the home office once I am qualified to apply on October?

Again, Thanks for the swift reply I would be grateful if you could kindly advise me If I could apply again using a different account while wait for the current application to be invalid thus get a refund , Thanks very much!

You may just get away with it
Applicants under section 6(1) of the 1981 act are also required to have been free of immigration time restrictions for the remainder of this period.
There is however discretion to waive this requirement.
Discretion to disregard immigration time restrictions in the 12 months prior to application can be exercised if one of more of the following is met:
• the applicant had less than 12 months free of conditions when they applied, but meets the requirement by the time you consider the application and all the other requirements are met
