Seperation (unmarried) after Submitting Citizenship Application

Hi everyone,
My application for citizenship went in last month in August but unfortunately my relationship also broke down... We were unmarried. I got ILR through the 10 year long residence route, Tier 4 (5 years), Tier 2 (2 years), unmarried spousal (3 years) for a couple years plus 1 year with no immigration restriction under ILR.
The application form was filled out with the status "unmarried" and my partner's British passport details. We own a property together and I submitted the Title of Deed with joint name. Within the next month or so, I'll be retaining the property back into my own name and change the Title of Deed.
I was just wondering if the decision on my citizenship is not made before this process completes, do I need to disclose this information to the home office in relation to Good Character or anything? We are very amicable as it was a mutual decision.
Any help would be appreciated as I can't find any information on this. Thank you.
