birth certificate is enough.
Have you read the guidance or tried filling out the form?

Yes I filled the form, it ask me to “TICK” If Mr XXX has a passport then provide this with your application. If Mr XXX does not have a passport then you must provide another officially-issued identity document. This could include an official travel document or national identity card.

Thanks

You do NOT require a covering letter.

I fail to understand why members think we all have a 'template database' for covering letters that are not required.

You cannot apply for MN1 until your ILR has been granted.

You need to upload your ILR BRP for MN1. You DO NOT need a letter explaining anything as you cannot apply for MN1 yet if either parent does not have ILR.

So you need to wait to hear back from HO on your ILR.

Are both children UK born??

My wife (Child mother) just got the ILR.
I am applying for kids citizenship as my wife granted ILR.

Are both children UK born??
yes both children born in UK and never out of UK,
although 1st child (7years old) got indian passport and nationality issued through Edinburgh consulate also never applied for his UK visa.

2nd child (3 years old) never applied for indian passport neither nationality)

Why do you need your passport if you don't have ILR.

You only needs the parent who has ILR documents.

Do you have a scanned copy of the childs passport?? No originals are sent to HO anymore.

Remember also that it is not for the Nationality department to run around to find the documents at one of the visa extension or ILR departments. They are located at completely different parts of the country.

It is correct.
if the minor is applicant (without any representative) then do minor need to sign on Child Consent ? or parents Consent is enough? applicant are only 3 & 7 years old.
