British citizenship - query

Dear All,
I have been holding ILR for almost a year and i will be applying for BC very soon, i would like to understand if the following will affect my application:
Business visa granted on 24/5/2013
Arrived UK for training on 15/06/2013
Applied for tier 2 in the UK by post 30/10/2013
Business visa expired: 24/11/2013
Refusal letter received 30/11/2014 and they kept my passport. The letter advised me to wait at least a week to book a flight so they can send my passport to the airport that i was leaving from.
Left UK on 8/12/2013
I made a tier 2 application from home country and everything went well up to now.
Could you please advise me if I'm considered as overstayer for the period between business visa and the day i left? Will that affect my BC application?
If all above is fine, i would appreciate if you can let me know what supporting documents need to be submitted.
