Hello!

I got Settled Status in February 2019. If I was to apply in March 2020, beside the Life in UK and the English test, would I need to justify my residency for the past 5 years (2015-2020) or just for the past 12 months?

Also, If I have a UK degree from a distance university, would satisfy the English language requirement? I don't know if the HO makes a distinction between brick unis and distance learning.
