BC application date

Greetings everyone,
I have a query that I hope you will be able to advise on.
On the 17/10/2018, I attended the premium service appointment and got my ILR approval letter on the day. However the letter doesn't show the date at all.
On the 22/10/2018 I received my biometric card in the post, and the issue date on it is 22/10/2018.
My question is, when can I apply for citizenship ? Can I apply on 17/10/2019 or should it be 22/10/2019 Onwards?

If you do not have the approval letter dated I would not risk it. Its only 5 days difference.
Follow the date of issue on your BRP.

Hello folks,
I have just applied for BC after midnight. After I have completed the payment, I have received the confirmation email saying that payment date is 21 October. But in reality I submitted the application at 12:30am on 22nd October.
Is this going to an issue, given that I received my ILR on 22/10/2018 ?

No. You were eligible on day of approval.. and even if you weren’t it still doesn’t matter. There is a time lapse going on.
