Hello All

My history:-

I am non EU- I came in UK 2002 on 6 months tourist visa.

I overstayed my visa.

Sept 2008 Went back to my home country - got married to a British spouse.
I was granted Spouse Visa in Sept 2008 - travelled back in UK Sept 2008.

After two years I got granted a ILR in Oct 2010.

I have been legally in the UK for 11 years.

Am separated from my British spouse.

I have two questions, and i wonder if someone could please help:-

1) What form should i use when applying for nationalisation?

2) I have a daughter and she is at University - She has two addresses ie term time address when at university and the other address would be our home address. When filling her application is there a place that will accommodate two addresses? Or are we going to have to write extra explanation separately?

Your help towards this would be highly appreciated.

In NCS Today there is a new law, under good conduct, if you are overstayer in the past then one will need to wait for 10years after getting the ILR to qualify for BC.

Thought i inform guys who are applying direct to HO to watch out otherwise they will loose there money!!

I asked the lady in NCS when did that law come out, she said as from December 2014!!
