Just wondering if anyone could help me with below question/s? please

At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?

• A criminal conviction
• A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance
• An arrest or charge for which you are currently on, or awaiting trial
• A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
• A civil court judgment against you, for example for non payment of debt, bankruptcy proceedings or anti-social behaviour
• A civil penalty issued under UK immigration law

I a Penalty Charge Notice being on a bus lane - Which was paid
& another Penalty Charge Notice for Driving through Dartford - Thurrock Crossing - Which was paid

Debt - Just done a experience search and discovered a credit card debt i wasn't aware off. I have send the company in question a letter - subject to the response i will get. I will arrange for a monthly payment or maybe just payoff.

On the above questions which radio button/box should i tick please?

PCNs do NOT need to declared. The debt is also not relevant

@Zimba thanks for responding.

Do they not do government agency checks/search?

Was just wondering if at all they do above searches - when they do on my one - would the debt not show?

I did 'experian search' and 'trustonline search' and that's how i discovered a credit card debit.

Debt is not an issue unless you have a huge debt and failed to pay or you went bankrupt

Hello,

Could someone please help.

2016 - I received a 'Notice of Liability Order' for running behind with Council Tax Payment

The letter said:-

At ******** Magistrate Court *****Law Courts
The justices made a liability order against you for unpaid Council Tax and court costs.

I was given an option of paying the tax arrears - by contacting the revenue department of council tax offices. I contacted the offices, they agreed on a payment plan, i filled a payment plan form and i paid the arrears over a period of time. Its all got cleared.

Will this count against 'Good character'
