Hi,

I have filled online MN1 application form for my 2 kids, 1 is 4.5 years old and 2nd is 1.5 years old. I have paid the fee and later on realized that one of the referee should be a professional where as i have inputted both of them as a friend and now i cant amend the online form, please advise what to do?

Get a new referee to sign the form. Attach also a covering letter

One more question, do i need passport details, DOB, Address as well for this new referee? I dont think a teacher or Doctor will provide me these details, when i filled the online form it asked me to fill these details which i did for my friends but now when i realized that i need a professionals details so shall i ask all those details?
