Hi Members,

I need help, i have a quick question if someone can answer, please first see below some detail

ILR recieved : 15/11/2016
Driving offence: IN10 6 penalty points (no insurance offence) 9 Jun 2017 offence date

so my question is regarding my penalty points i have been guide by my friend that no insurance penalty charge is a criminal offence so don`t apply until it gets expired so i was waiting to get expired first, now my circumstances have changed i am planning to apply very near soon, as one of my other friend guided me that as long as you are declaring you penalty points you are good, please guide me on this.

My second question is i came to this country in 2006, i have many tickets penalties and traffic offences like worn Tyres and no insurance, how far they need the record back, is it 4 years back or 5 or 10 i don`t know, nothing much clear on the guidance please advice.

Thanks
Adil

Given your poor track record it can affect you as you seem to have a disregard for the law. They will look at the last 10 years but all your history matters.
