Settled status or permanent residence date for naturalisation

Hi,
Kindly can someone help me please.
My details are, I have permanent residence card in October 2018, but I acquired the status August 2018, on that letter it was mention that I can apply for naturalisation exactly after one year( August 2018 to August 2019). I also applied for settled status which I get in June 2019. Now I’m not sure my one year time still start from August 2018 or June 2019 when I receive my settled status? And yes I was married to eu national but I’m divorced in August 2018.
My ex is British National since March 2019.
