NCS appointment and required documents

Hi,

I'm slightly confused with what documents are required for the biometrics appointment. I am married to a British Citizen.
I have not got the PR card yet. Do I need to have it before booking biometrics?
I am also confused with the SECTIONS 4 and 5 of the supporting document list for the NCS appointment, which is Evidence of settlement and Evidence of freedom from immigration.
I'm not sure what the Evidence of exercising Treaty Rights for 5 years is and what documents it requires?
For the Evidence of freedom from immigration - would my passport be enough as a member of EU? As it says to bring my passport showing permission to remain permanently in the UK - I only have EU passport.

I appreciate any help.

Thank you

1. You need PR card before you can apply.

2. The Document Certifying PR is the proof of settled status. Your passport alone is NOT enough.

3. There is no longer an NCS option. You have to apply online and submit biometrics through ukcvas. You upload your documents before your ukcvas appointment.
