Hi CR001
Can I put one of my neighbor details who works for Civil Servant as my second referee for the question below:
Your second referee:
Give your second referee's details. This referee should be a person (of any nationality) who has professional standing. This can include a minister of religion, civil servant or a member of a professional body such as an accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application).
Thanks in advance

You don't just put his details. You have to ask him and make sure he is happy to sign the document. He also have to know you for 3 years.

Not required for MN1 but it should ideally be someone engaged with the child if a young child.

Thank you CR001. I missed the fact that it was about a child not an adult
