Citizenship through document certifying permanent residence after obtaining settled status

Hi,

I am a EEA citizen that obtained document certifying permanent residence in 2016.
Through this I obtained settled status in July 2019.

Would an application for british citizenship through PR accepted now (Oct 2019), implying that PR status is still valid and the setted status does cancels it or exchanges it.
OR
do i need to wait for July 2020 before applying for citizenship in order to demostrate first 12 months of settled status?

Can someone point me to any relevant documentation around this matter? I can not find a clear guidance on this.

Thanks

Both EEA routes and EU Settlement Scheme co-exist at the moment.

The EUSS doesn't cancel EEA cards.

You are permanent resident since 2016. The EUSS doesn't reset the counter but is a measure to confirm and safeguard your permanent residence after the Brexit transition period.

If I find a specific document, I will share it with you.

Apply now using the document certifying permanent residence, so you don't have to wait for a further 12 months.
