First of all many thanks to all those who help others here, i received my approval letter today.
was very quick applied 29 sep 2019, took a month only.
i have few questions about BRP card return,
(1) How many days i have to return? and is this after approval letter date or ceremony date
(2) what address i need to return and do i have to cut into 2 pieces or return as whole

Many Thanks in Advance

You get the details at your ceremony on what to do with the brp card AFTER your ceremony, ie return it within 5 days.

You are only British once you have attended your ceremony. Until then you are simply an ilr holder!!

Yes you need a professional referee for the passport application. Note you can only apply for the passport after your ceremony.
