Hi,
I had my citizenship ceremony yesterday (31.10.19) and I went to the post office to return my BRP straight after but the evening a received the envelope I sent back in the post. When I tried to type in the postcode on google maps for the address on my invitation letter it said that it was not able to to find the address.
Edited- sorry I accidentally pressed submit.

My question is can someone confirm that the address is
POL returns,
P.O. Box 195,
Bristol,
BS20 1BT.

And if it is correct do you have any idea as to why my letter was returned to my address?

Correct address.. sent mine via signed for delivery.
Ask the post office what went wrong.

I was so confused because I also sent mine via signed for delivery and that is the same address they have on their GOV website.
I am at work but I’ll definitely go in on Monday to see what happened.
