UKVCAS only standard option available?

Hello. I am just about to submit my online application for citizenship and the only option is to pay the standard service for £1349.20. I wanted to select a premium or fast track to the UKVCAS but there is no option for that right now (01Nov19). Is this all there is? Or is there a way to opt for the premium service after I pay the standard service? Thank you. Jim
