Hi There, I have just got a british passport, my wife has ILR as well, my daughter has ILR now and she was born in India. I didnt have ILR when she was born. Want to apply for MN1 for her. but little confused as which one is relevant in my case to click
Your parent is British by descent and lived in the UK or a British Overseas territory for at least 3 years before you were born
Your parent is British by descent and you and your parents (unless they are legally separated) are now living in the UK or a British Overseas territory
You were born on or after 13 January 2010 and your parent was serving in the UK armed forces
You were adopted abroad by British citizen parents
You were born before 1 July 2006 to a British father and your parents were not married
One or both of your parents is applying for British citizenship
Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary
Also, why do they need her grandfather details as he is in india with indian passport.
Also, what proof do i need to give for the following points for my self and for her.
have not spent more than 270 days outside the UK during those 3 years
were in the UK exactly 3 years before the day the Home Office receives your application

What is unclear?? It tells you what you need and the online form will also tell you what is required. Passport, brp, your british passport, birth certificate etc
Page 23 child born abroad to a British parent does not apply to you.
