Hi all respectable members.I came to the UK October 2001 in visit visa and apply under human rights in November 2008 and got ilr in December 2009. My question is when can I apply for citizenship after November 2018 when I submitted my application or after December 2019 when I got Ilr. Thanks

10 years form the date HO was made aware of your indiscretion.
Its 2019. More than 10 years since your stay was regularised.
You should apply as soon as possible.
