Tax amendment for tax year 2018-2019 after biometrics

Hi, I applied for Naturalisation on 29th Sep and biometrics on 21st Oct. On 1st Nov, I amended my tax return for 2018-2019 which was filed on April 25th as I forgot to add the tax paid via paye for my current employment. Do I need to contact HO regarding this? This is first tax amendment in my UK employment history. Could anyone please shed light on what I should do next?

I forgot to mention I am Non EU and also self employed. I was on a student visa in 2007, PSW in 2009, Tier 1 General in 2011, ILR in 2016.

If it did so I would have said so my earlier reply.
Tax amendments are normal.
Even if this was an immigration application I would not be worried in ur case.

Hi Aman, thanks for your advice. I received the approval letter which was dated 7th Nov.
