Academic Qualification letter from NARIC for Naturalisation?

Hi
I am applying for Naturalisation, and below is one of the items in the document checklist I got after submitting the application:

"NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK AND confirm the level of English to which the degree was taught or researched"

Now, I have got NARIC letter (with blue header) from 2015 confirming the level of english based on my degree (Indian college). I didn't get a separate "Academic qualification level statement" because my college was officially recognised. I used the letter to get my ILR successfully as well.

Do I need to get the "Academic Qualification level" certificate from NARIC for naturalisation, as per the requirement above?

Thanks for your help
