At first, I did googled and it was £49

But after filling in MN1 form online, at end of application in Payment section, it is giving £1031.20.

Is that I am filling wrong application or not sure ?

If father had ILR before child was born child is automatically British and can apply for a passport directly - MN1 registration is not required - as already stated in the thread.

1. Why are you tagging onto another members thread? It is unfair to other users and creates confusion. Posts split!!

2. A child born AFTER either parent obtained ILR is automatically British. MN1 form is NOT required!!

Hi All,

We are blessed with baby girl in August and I (father) got my ILR in 2018. As now i can apply for British passport directly for my child. I am filling online application @ https://www.gov.uk/get-a-child-passport ... d-passport

I provided all details (child Details, parents details..) and current on page: Did either parent have settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme when you were born?

when I say No and continued, It is asking me for grand parent details.

Can anyone please me on filling application.
