Hi all members of this present forum!
I would like to know what are the required documents for a BC application for someone married to BC? I received my ILR 12month ago on 26/11/2018. I intend to apply on the same date
Thanks in advance

If you are married to a British citizen there was no requirement to wait 12 months on ilr.

The inline form tells you what you need.

Passports
Brp
Spouse passport
Liuk
English test

Hi all and sorry if I ask this question in the wrong post but it’s regarding the referees.
1-one referees should be a person of any nationality who has a professional standing! Eg minister of religion, civil servant or member of a professional body.
My best friend lives and works in the UK as a Maintenance Technician, can he act as a referee for me?

1. Please don't tag your questions onto other members topics. Your post has been merged with your own topic.

2. If he is not British, then no he cannot act as your professional referee. Your professional referee must be in the ho list of accepted professions and be of any nationality.

Thanks a lot!

Yeah sorry again about tagging my quote on someone else’s.
Please one last question!
Can both referees be British?
If yes, can they both be just professionals?

One referee must be British and over 25.

The other referee must be a professional on the ho list and can be of any nationality.

Both must be of good character.

So yes they can both be British.

Hi all Moderators and Members of this forum.
I have seen this topic but it’s locked.
I have a couple questions about GC.
I have been caught by a speed camera back in April 2017 SP50 I took the speed awareness course and got cleared. Unfortunately i have been caught again in March 2018 as SP30 and as a result I was fined £100 and 3points endorsement.

Can this affect my application for a BC naturalisation and result to a refusal?

Thanks in advance!

What was your driving offence?

1- disqualification for speeding?
Or
Something else?

Declare but will not be an issue.

1- disqualification for speeding? You weren't disqualified, didn't loose your licence.
Or
Something else? Yes

Not an issue (happens all the time).
