Citizenship- Outside UK for more than 90 days

Hi All,
I recently got ILR and will be eligible for Citizenship by end of October 2020. I run a company registered in UK and keep travelling outside UK on work purpose.
will 90 days limit still apply to me? If not what documents to keep for each time travel to show as evidence?
I searched this many places, couldn't find proper answer hence posting this.
