trial work into the employment history

Hi,

I had a two weeks trial role at a company, which was paid. Unfortunately they terminated at the end of the trial period. So I worked for two weeks only.

Do I need to put this trial work into my employment history of the citizenship application?

Many thanks

Why not?

Any job you did, regardless of how long it lasted and whatever the relationship you had with the company, you have to enter it in the form.

Even if you worked 2 weeks, you were paid, it went to HMRC... etc.

The thing is that they haven't paid me yet. Shell I put it even if I don't get my money for it?

Should I add to my AN application that I have a kid?

Hi,

I would like to add that I have a kid, who is british citizen and living in the UK. I need to stay in the UK to be able to support my kid. I have parental responsibility.

Should I mention this at all? If yes where I should place this info in my application? I found this :
"Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen?"

Many thanks

No need to mention as presumably if you are refused, you still have the right to stay as you hold ILR/PR.

There is no concept in citizenship laws of applying for citizenship based on having a British child.

evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions

Hi,

The AN form says:

You must include your:
* passport or EEA national identity card
* UK permanent residence card
* evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions

I don't have all these three documentes above.
I'm Eu citizen and I can provide only these:
- eu passport
- Document Certifying Permanent Residence card.

Are these sufficient?
Many thanks

Can you please keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic, this one, all now merged.
I'm Eu citizen and I can provide only these:
- eu passport
- Document Certifying Permanent Residence card.
Yes.

Hi
There is this 'Name of applicant:' part on the referees form.
Is it me who should write my name there or my referee should do it?

Thanks

I asked referees to put it (it worked, I got approval)
