Naturalisation application when out of the country

Hi Admins ,
I have a peculiar sort of situation . I have my ILR now and am due for naturalisation Nov 2020. I have a Surgical Fellowship ( for training ) in Canada starting Sept 2020 until June 2021 Will this pose an issue ?
My wife( on her independent tier 2 visa ) and children ( who will be BC) will be staying back in the U.K. while I am away .
