I have applied for 2 years old daughter on 05 Sep 2019. received the acknowledgement on 06 Sep 2019 by email and again received the acknowledge on 7th of Nov 2019 by email. I dont know why they sent twice in two months gap. No reply apart from that two email.
Do you know how to contact them to get on 12 weeks update?

I have applied for my 6 years old daughter almost same time, its been just over 3 months since we applied, I am also looking to get some information on how to contact them in regards to 12 weeks update, I have notice few applicants on this forum have mentioned this "12 weeks update" term.

Can you or anyone please share this information, how and where to contact them?
