Hello, my daughter is 4 years old, and doesn't have a referee that knows her for 3 years and is from professional sector - teacher or health visitor. We can only ask someone from nursery to be a referrer, but it will be only 1 year of knowing my child. Any advice?

There is no requirement of knowing a child for at least 3 years.
It is only required for adult applications.
You need one referee who knows a child in professional capacity - someone from nursery should do. Another one can be a family friend.
