Baby born- passport

Post by it91 » Sun Dec 01, 2019 10:57 am

Hi
My husband is naturalised UK citizen (and also EU citizen) whereas I am non EU (who has pre settled status).

When our baby is born, is he automatically entitled to get British passport, as his father is British? Me being not British citizen have any effect on it?

If we can get passport for him, do we need to register his birth certificate to any place or is it just normal standard passport application?

Thanks

Yes.

Standard passport application.
