Passport check and send service applied

Hi all,

Just wanted to check I have used check and send service yesterday and sent my application form and docs. My conutersignatory wrote my first name wrong in the section (in the applicant name section) and then cross with the single line and after a space he wrote my correct name. Post office staff advised to use his intials next to cutting which he did as he was there with me to submit the application.

Do you think this mistake can delay my application or can they ask me the refill the new form after - very confused now?

Please advise - thanks?

The approach taken - initialising a correction - was the right action. If HMPO are not happy with that they will contact you, though I doubt they will make your fill out a new form.
