Hi, Need your urgent attention this the query pls.

We are travelling next week outside UK and following is our situation:

Child was born(Feb 2016)
Parent acquired their ILR in June 2019
Child is still on Tier 2 VISA dependent which is valid until Apr 2020. In process of applying for registration of a child as British Citizen using MN1 route.
However, we are travelling outside UK next week and returning back early Jan.

Will there be any issues during entry to UK Home Off / Immigration while returning back to UK due to the fact that Parent hold ILR but Child don't hold ILR but have a valid Tier 2 dependent visa valid until Apr 2020.

Regards

Provided you got ILR based on Tier 2 and not 10 years long residence, then yes, the child is free to travel and return as long as the visa is valid.

Thanks CR001 for your response.

Yes, the ILR route was Tier 2 General route. So based on this, there shouldn't be any issues entry to UK in Jan 2020 when returning from outside UK as Child VISA is valid until Apr 2020.

Great Thanks. A great relief !!
