Applying for a citizenship as a spouse of UK citizen but ILR from tier 2

Hello All,
I have just granted my ILR today (December 2019) through 5-year tier 2 visa.
I have been married to a UK citizen since December 2018 and have a marriage certificate from abroad and also been living together in the UK for two years (with prove from utility bills).
Will I be eligible to apply for a British citizenship as a spouse of a UK citizen and can I apply immediately??
From this link,
https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-spouse, I found that I'm eligible to apply but just would like to hear a confirmation. Thank you very much.

Yes. You don’t need to have been married for 3 years. You need to have been present in the uk for the past 3 years amongst other requirements

Questions regarding the date of application and absence

Dear All,
I wish to have your confirmation about my submission date as I can't find the details elsewhere.
I received my ILR from 5-year Tier 2 (Set O) on 2 Dec 2019 and applying for the British citizenship as a spouse of a British citizen.
I submitted my application for British citizenship on 13 Dec 2019 and receive an email the same day from
noreply@visas-immigration.service.gov.uk to confirm that it has my your payment and my application has been submitted.
I filled out the online form back until Dec 2016 which only 76 days outside the UK over 3 years.
Questions:
1. My absence is during 14 Dec 2016 - 1 Jan 2017. As I submitted my application on 13 Dec 2019, I am physically in the UK at my 3-year qualification period. Is that correct?
2. I have two forms from my referees: the first one signed on date 10 Dec 2019 and the second one signed on 13 Dec 2019. Do I need to ask my first referee to sign the form for me to be after 13 Dec 2019 ?? I believe I don't need to ask the second one to re-sign on the new date??
Thanks very much for your help!

1. Ur supposed to be physically present on the date you applied 3 years ago and the next day.
2. An unimportant detail

Thanks for your reply.
For my second question, does it look suspicious to the HO that one of the referee signed the referee form even before my applicate date?

You are overthinking this - it's not a poblem - one can't always line up the referees for the same date.
