British Citizenship questions MN1

Hi All,
My wife and me got the UK citizenship in this month. (We were EU citizens before but now we have dual citizenship). We did not apply for citizenship for our daughters (13 and 14 years old) due to some financial reasons.
Now we would like to apply for a citizenship for our daughters but I'm a bit confused. I started to fill the MN1 online application form but I'm not sure which one of the following options concerns to us:
1) Your parent is British by descent and lived in the UK or a British Overseas territory for at least 3 years before you were born
2) One or both of your parents is applying for British citizenship
3) Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary
These options remained:
#1: I do not think is it fit for us
#2: This is not really true because we have already got the citizenship
#3: I'm not sure about this....
Could you please advise me how I can apply for citizenship for our daughters on behalf of them?
Which would be the right option to choose?
Many Thanks,
Cheers,
Saxonb

For children Born abroad and holding PR/Settled Status (presumably they both do), it is option 3, Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary

Hi,
Could you please help me in the following?
My wife and me have granted for British citizenship in December, 2019.
Now I'm working on my daughters MN1 online form and I'm a bit confused because (they were born in Hungary, 14 and 12 years old, they have Hungarian passports etc.) I should supply my daughters' British grandparent's birth certificate, registration or naturalisation certificate, or passport and my daughters' grandparents' marriage certificate.
They have Hungarian grandparents only. How can I supply these documents? Anyway, the online application form does not let me pass to the declaration section if I do not tick the boxes of these documents (proving that I can supply them).
Could you please advise me on this?
Many Thanks,
Cheers,
Bela

1. Please do not tag your questions into other members topics. Your post has been moved to your topic you already have.
2. Grandparent documents are NOT required as you child was born abroad.
What option did you select for the child to apply for registration?? Did you select OTHER?

Hi,
I selected:
Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary

You don't need any grandparent documents. Even if you ticked it to pass the question, they are not required.

Hi,
I selected:
Other - apply at the discretion of the Home Secretary
The other option is:
One or both of your parents is applying for British citizenship
But we are not applying (me and my wife) as we have already been granted.

You have selected the correct option of OTHER etc. Ignore the documents request for grandparent documents.

Thanks, but it is a bit costly play if I ignore to send those documents what they requested and they will reject our application then we will lose approx. £2000.

They won't. They base the application on section 3(1) if the nationality laws and it does not require these documents. I never submitted them with my daughter's application and had no issues, many others too.
Note that the same form is used for many different routes for citizenship.
