What should be the date on referee declaration form?

Hi all,
I've just submitted my online application for Naturalisation (as spouse of a British Citizen) and downloaded the referee declaration forms at the end after submitting the application.
Now my question is, what should be the date on the referee declaration form? (I'm going to ask my referees to sign respective declaration documents in a couple of days and obviously they will date those accordingly after signing..) Should the forms be back dated for some technical reason that I'm unaware of at this point as I've already submitted my application today?
Many thanks in advance.

That's no problem. The referees can sign the forms and date them as the day when they are signed. No need to backdate them. You will scan the signed referee forms and upload to the UKVCAS website before your biometrics appointment.

Hi all,
I've an appointment at one of the UKVCAS centres this afternoon so I hope someone would find
a bit of time to answerr this question ASAP..
I've seen no consent forms to download online for Naturalization application! It just crossed my mind that I did submit a couple forms (Part1 for applicant & Part2 for Spouse) when applied for ILR about 5 months ago (still have a saved copy though..). Can I use the same consent forms for Naturalization as well or I should just take it easy and write my own having both of our signatures at the end?
Many many thanks in advance.

What do you mean consent forms? If you are referring to financial account consent forms, that’s no required.

Hi Amber,
Since the subject is a completely different one I thought the correct process is posting it in a new thread.. Sorry.. my bad..
I meant to say 'Consent for Home office to verify Application information (Part 1) - to be signed by applicant & Consent for Home office to verify third party information (Part 2)' - to be signed by Joint Owner/Spouse'
Now can you please confirm these forms are required or not!?
Many thanks in advance..

Any such consent forms if required would be printable at the end of the application. Check the checklist which details what documents you need to provide.
