Hi all, I would like to ask for advice because I couldn't find proper information anywhere.
Basically I`m an EU citizen and had my PR from 2 years already. The question is do i need still to proof the last 5 years that I`ve been in UK or with the PR on place I have to proof only the last 2 years. Thanks in advance for any information.

You have to provide documentation going 5 years back from the date of the AN application - this is not a re-run of PR so you have to provide what is asked for.

I know is not re-run of the PR but it doesn't make sense to proof them again when I`ve already proved them. That's why in order to grand PR you proof 5 years and then you should have the PR for a year before you can apply for BC.

It is a different application, assessing different requirements, under different laws, almost certainly by a different team within the Home Office.
If they refuse the application for lack of proof of residence, you lose ~£1300 and have no right of appeal.
Resubmitting the proof is advised.
