Hi there,
I am applying for my child's citizenship, both parents are from EEA and we received settlement status after the baby was born. As I am applying under section 1(3) I have to leave empty Section 3 in application , to be honest its quite confusing the guide about this section.
If child have another citizenship and a passport but never left UK since birth do I have to provide his passport also ?
Do I have to provide parents passports also ?

thank you in advance,

Regards
Oana

What is section 3?? We don't all have sight of the online forms.

Yes if the child has a passport you need to submit the passport.

You need to provide proof of settled status.

No originals are sent to HO, you upload all documents online through ukcvas sopra steria after you have submitted and paid online for the MN1 application.
