Child born abroad to a British father

Am new to this forum, and will like to get answer to my question, I am a british citizen (naturalised), we ( I and my wife) just had a baby in Africa. I work and live here in UK,got married to my wife 2 days after the birth of our child in Africa, am back to work in UK now, but my wife and child are still in africa. I am looking to apply for my daughter’s british passport.
Question 1... can I apply from here (UK)
2... what documents do I need to send
3... if I can apply from here, is it online of get
A form to fill.
4... how long dose it takes
Will be really happy if I get a reply. I welcome any questions thank you

Thank you for the responds, that was helpful.. my questions still, am back to work in UK, can I apply for my 2 months old baby that is still in Africa in this country as a father ?. And I couldn’t find where it say document required. Please help me with this questions

Documents required are often subject to the Country in question, it is often full birth certificate, any registration document and full birth medical record (name of parents, child weight etc), in addition to evidence of parents and your British nationality.

See the documents you require (click), the application must be an overseas one, you can request that the passport be delivered to you, in the UK, if there are good reasons.
