Absences from the UK

Hello Experts,
I have indefinite leave to remain and I travelled to Jersey and Isle of Man due to my employment. I am in the process applying British Citizenship and I have question regarding absences.
Do I need to record the absences for Jersey and Isle of Man (Common Travel Area) in the AN1 form where they asked details of all absences from the United Kingdom? Is there any government guidance on this?
