Deception leading to refuse naturalidsation please read

Hi all, I applied for naturalisation back in January 2015 my application was returned refused due to deception.
This is due to the fact that I was given a police caution back in March 2013 for public disorder. pleasae read.
Reason: had a night out on my way back get into argument with securities and one threaten to take my Galaxy S2. I stood up for myself and I mentioned to call the police. they then rushed me to the ground and call the police an i was taken away. then I had some aalcohol; the next morning the police offficer was begging me to please sign his note pad and he will let me go. no bodly harm occured and I was alone.
First real encounter with the police; I also hard work later on the day so I sign thats me given caution.
following my application I honestly did not recall of that incident; the system was bias possibly and due to my frustration I forget the whole incident as quick as I possibly can which cost me my naturalisation fees plus lawyer fees.
I was then refuse naturalisation even though the caution was just under two years. on my refusal I was told any applicatio made within 10 years is likely to be refuse due to ''deception''.
I then made an application through a lawyer and spend lots of money down the drain for recondiration again I was refuse with almost the same reply as the previous.
My lawyer then encourage me to go court which I agree to unfortunately when the home office reply stating my solicitor incompetency which is due to the timing of making judicial review have lapses; I then decide is no point to go court as I will only loos more money and possibly pay for their legal cost.
I have since waited and I have no further problem with the law or police before that and after that incident that happen in March 2013.
I want to place a fresh application explaining the situation please any idea will be welcome.
being in the UK since 2004, in good relationship with HMRC tax (PAYE).
