Enquiring about Nationality application

Hi I am new to the board I have a question regarding to my British neutralisation application. I arrived to the Uk in May 2011 as a student and I claimed asylum after 3 months which was refused by home office and I had to go the court and won my appeal in upper tribunal in 2013 October. After getting my refugee status in 2018 I applied for ilr and it was granted. Now I have applied for BC in December 2019 but I am so nervous because of the good character requirements as I have read that my application could be refuse because I delayed my asylum when I entered Uk first. Question raised in mind is incase if HO refuse my application will I have to wait till October 2024 or will it be till August 2021 because I have presented my self to the authorities in 2011 COs this ten years qualifying period is so confusing.
I have spoken to the solicitor is well he said that it will be fine because I have won my case in the court and court over turned the home office decision.
But still am so concerned as i didn’t find his answer very satisfying.
