Mistake on the online application form

I have submitted my application, uploaded the documents and attend the appointment for biometric last saturday. I have realised that I might have misunderstood one of the questions and answered it wrongly AND I made a mistake im so confused i dont know what to do i thought employment is not required so i click im not employed, im been self employed since april 2018 and i dont have even recent tax return.
i have submitted all the ducemnts in the list i dont know what to do know now ? Can you please advise

Proof of Application
• Passport (all pages)
Residence in the UK
• Correspondences (all bills on my name last 5 years up to dec 2019)
• Original letter ILR approved from Home Office January 2020 and indefinite bio metric card ILR issued in jan 2020
• Referee 1(professional) -British
• Referee 2 – British
Life Events
• UK Marriage Certificate
• Proof of Identity/ Travel History
• Partner British passport and his naturalisation certificate
• Life in UK test certificate
• Trinity College London - B1 GESE Level 5 Certificate
Medical Information/Finance/Proof of business /Sponsors/Employment
Employment i have click not employed

None of this was required. You have provided a whole bunch of completely irrelevant documents.
Why have you not included your ilr brp??
Travel History
Hopefully just your passport stamped pages and not a whole lot of other unnecessary documents?
Partner British passport and his naturalisation certificate
Both were not required. Only one was needed.
The error should not be an issue and there isn't much you can do about it now.

Online account is still active for scanning I will do in travel history .

You cannot upload documents now after your biometric appointment, it won't be considered, it is too late.

Do a cover letter explaining your mistakes and then provide your employment history any other missing information. Then send it to

Definitely, i let you know guys when ever i got response but im so worried i never face situation b4 like this i hope will get positive response.
